TRU Contracting has completed tile and remodeling work throughout Sammamish — including the Klahanie neighborhood — and we understand what this market expects: clean execution, premium materials, and a process that doesn't turn your home into a construction zone for months.

Our Sammamish Project

Our Sammamish project centered on a wood and stone porcelain tile combination — a design that blends the natural warmth of wood grain with the durability and sophistication of stone. The result was a bathroom that feels grounded and organic without sacrificing the clean lines modern homeowners want.

The material pairing requires careful attention to pattern layout and grout selection so neither tile dominates. Getting that balance right is exactly the kind of detail work TRU Contracting specializes in.

Bechtel Residence — Sammamish

A whole-home tile renovation spanning three bathrooms, an entryway, and a kitchen. Each space got its own design language while staying cohesive throughout the home — from herringbone hardwood-look tile in the master bath to penny-round floors in the third bath and a marble herringbone kitchen backsplash.
